Exercise and fitness consultation

 St 
At St Johns Senior Citizen project we recognise the importance of keeping physically active. Every Tuesday between 10.30am - 11.30am a highly experienced fitness facilitator leads a chair aerobics session for all abilities aged 55 plus. He also offers free consultation to help you personalise your fitness routine to suit your wants and needs.

​ St Johns exercise class is part of the Guys and St Thomas's Strength and Balance Initiative.
